This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in MediaSaveCloud ("the Service").
This policy applies to the MediaSaveCloud mobile app (iOS/Android).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Provided by Users

• URLs provided by users through input or sharing (e.g., X post URLs)
• Information provided by users when making inquiries (email address, message content, etc.)

1.2 Where Authentication Information Is Stored (Device and Server)

The Service provides external integrations (e.g., X integration, Google integration, MEGA integration).
Authentication data (e.g., OAuth tokens, cookies, session data) may be stored on both the user's device and the server to the extent necessary for service operation.

• Device-side retention: Until the user disconnects integration or deletes app data
• Server-side retention: Until integration/account deletion, or as required by law

1.3 Information Sent to and Stored on Server

For bookmark management and external integration (e.g., sync with X bookmarks/likes), the Service sends/stores the following data.

Account Information (Stored in Firestore)

• Device ID
• External integration credentials (encrypted tokens, session data)
• Settings (e.g., sync on/off, sync source)
• Billing-entitlement data (purchase token, receipt verification result, etc.)

Bookmark Information (Stored in Firestore)

• Bookmark ID
• Tweet URL
• Bookmark type/tags (e.g., manually added, auto-imported from X)
• Sync status (success/failure, last synced timestamp, etc.)
• Created/updated timestamps

Temporary Sync Processing Data

• Target URL
• Minimum required sync data (e.g., cursor, request identifier)

This data is stored for service operation, account management, and bookmark history management.
Retention period: Until user-initiated deletion or legally required retention period.

1.4 Server Logs (May Include URLs)

The Service may collect logs within operational necessity.

• Access logs (request time, success/failure, error code, target URL)
• Error logs (exception details for troubleshooting)

Logs are collected minimally for security and incident analysis and retained only as long as necessary.

1.5 Bookmark Features (Primary Feature)

The primary feature of the Service is bookmark management of post URLs (listing, searching, and sync status visibility).
The subscription feature "Bookmark Extension" enables automatic sync from X bookmarks/likes.
These app features are for bookmark integration/management and do not provide direct in-app media download functionality.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for:

• Service provision (bookmark creation/display/search/management)
• External integration (X bookmarks/likes sync) and sync status management
• Subscription/billing entitlement verification and feature gating
• Security (fraud prevention, incident response)
• Inquiry support
• Legal compliance and rights-infringement handling

3. Third-Party Services and Processing

The Service may use third-party providers (e.g., cloud runtime, external integration processing).
Information may be transmitted within the scope necessary to provide functionality.

4. International Data Transfer

The Service may be distributed globally, and data may be processed outside Japan depending on third-party processing locations.

5. Security

The Service applies reasonable safeguards:

• Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
• Protection of authentication data (encryption/secure storage where appropriate)
• Unauthorized access prevention

6. User Rights

Users may request access/correction/deletion under applicable law.

Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of data tied to their device from the app settings screen.
For full deletion requests, contact support@bysho2.com.
Deletion is processed within a reasonable period except where retention is legally required.

7. Ads and Billing

The Service uses Google Mobile Ads. The following may be used for ad delivery:

• Device information (device ID, OS info, etc.)
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID)

The Service offers in-app purchases:

• One-time purchase: Ad removal
• Subscription: Bookmark Extension (automatic sync for X bookmarks/likes)

Subscriptions may auto-renew under Apple App Store / Google Play terms. Cancellation/management is handled in each store account settings.

For billing verification and entitlement control, the Service may use:

• Purchased product ID
• Transaction ID / purchase token / receipt data
• Subscription state (expiry/renewal/cancellation)

This data is used for purchase verification, fraud prevention, and paid-feature entitlement control.

8. Revisions

This policy may be updated as needed. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by appropriate means.
